Considering i have been working online for over 3 years i hadnt really grasped the concept of building an email list. Sure i had read a few ebooks and blogs promoting the importance of list building but i had never followed them up or put their advise in to practice.

Being on a number of mailing lists i would often get emails with the title ‘the moneys in the list’. That actual phrase use to really annoy me and i would often delete the email before actually reading it.

How wrong i was… Looking back over the last few years i cant believe the amount of opportunities to collect emails that i have either missed or not followed up on. After re-reading a number of John Thornhills products and along with Lee McIntyre blog i have seen the light. Halleluyah…

I have now completely changed my mind on the concept of building a list, ok it maybe a long and tiring road setting up many squeeze pages, optin forms and enticing emails, but i now firmly believe that these are the building blocks for any successful business. As they say ’start now, as every day you put it off is another day missed’
